De Bijenkorf was founded in 1870 and is the most prestigious department store in the Netherlands. The flagship store is located in a historic building on Dam Square, in the heart of Amsterdam.

de Bijenkorf offers a wide range of products and services. On the ground floor of the department store there are shops of such brands as: Louis Vuitton, Hermís, Gucci, Fendi, Salvatore Ferragamo, here you will find a rich selection of accessories Cyline, Givenchy, Lanvin and Longchamp. Also on the ground floor you can buy sunglasses, jewelry and beauty products.
In the women’s and menswear departments, you will find international brands such as Hugo Boss, Burberry, Armani, Paul Smith, Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang, Agent Provocateur and Zegna.
There is also a huge selection of shoe brands, including Jimmy Choo, Fendi and Ugg.
In mid-January, de Bijenkorf Amsterdam will open the largest premium denim department in the Netherlands.
In this department, only women's premium denim clothing is sold by leading brands, among them 7 For All Man Kind, Current/Elliot, Met Jeans and Victoria Beckham Jeans.
Special events:
Jean Paul Gaultier will arrive at our Rotterdam department store on February 9 at 12-30 for the opening of his pop-up shop and meet & greet
On February 10, a grand Chinese New Year celebration will be held in and outside Amsterdam’s department store
• On Valentine’s Day on February 14, great gifts will be sold throughout the department store, expect special events and promotions for you and those you love.
• In April, we celebrate the opening of the Rijksmuseum in our flagship department store, you will find a special event, decorated showcases and special collections.
