What do tourists regret after their holidays?

Analysts of the service Momondo conducted a survey of more than three thousand users, and found out what they regret when they return from vacation.

36% of respondents did not have enough time to do everything planned. Twice the number of those who did not have time to immerse themselves in the culture of a new place, chat with locals or try local cuisine.

Travelers often regretted choosing an inappropriate travel company. Among the fellow travelers, with whom it was uncomfortable to rest, were friends, relatives, parents of the second half, sometimes children.

One in ten people complained that they chose the wrong time to travel. For some, the huge number of tourists in high season was bad, for others - closed cafes, zero entertainment and bad weather - in low season.

10% of respondents are upset that they had to be distracted while traveling to work and spend time reading the news, and 2% of Russians were victims of fraud or theft.

Tourists from Russia are the least likely to regret their resort romances, they are sad about the missed opportunity to have a fleeting romance. Among men, this percentage is almost twice as high as among the fair sex. 5% of respondents were upset when they saw the numbers on the scale after the trip.
