Experts of the company “Alfa Insurance” called the most common health problems that occur with Russians on a well-deserved vacation.
The risk Institute “Alfa Insurance” identified 13 most common reasons for seeking medical care among insured Russians who traveled abroad and traveled around our country.
The first place - more than 40% of appeals - inflammatory diseases. Experts say that ailments cause acclimatization, temperature changes in the sun and water, ice drinks and improper operation of air conditioners.
The second place - 26% of cases - injuries: fractures, sprains or dislocations. And on the third - 16% - poisoning, inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract and ailments in the digestive system.
The next problem: ear diseases (9%), which are most often caused by water entering the ears while bathing, eye inflammation (2.5%), kidney and urinary tract disease (2.4%), immune system problems (1.8%) and cardiovascular disease (1.4%).
