Analysts of the resource for booking housing studied the data of user requests for the summer in the Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory and the Kaliningrad region and determined how much the prices for rest by the sea increased this year.
Tvil specialists noted a noticeable rise in price on the Baltic Sea: renting an apartment this summer in the Kaliningrad region can be an average of 3.9 thousand rubles per day. Compared to last season, the price per night increased by 33%.
In Crimea, this figure increased by 9%. In the Krasnodar region - by 5%, now you can book a hotel or apartment there on average for 2.8 thousand rubles. In Crimea - for 3.6 thousand.
In terms of growth in demand for summer, resorts on the Baltic Sea outpace locations on the Black and Azov Seas.
Regarding the 2021 season, interest in rest in the Kaliningrad region increased by 233%. The search for housing for holidays in the Crimea and Krasnodar region remains in demand among most tourists - only 13%.
