Hotels with inflated prices for the 2018 World Cup will be blacklisted
Hotels that unreasonably raise the cost of rooms during the 2018 World Cup will be included in the black list of Rostourism.
The head of the department Oleg Safonov believes that the desire of some hoteliers to get a great benefit are in opposition to the state policy of promoting the Russian Federation as an attractive tourist destination.
Hotels included in the blacklist will suffer image losses. The fine will be issued in cases of exceeding the maximum rates approved by the government.
The tourist portal "Personal Guide" has prepared options for inexpensive housing at the 2018 World Cup.
