Monument to women's underwear in Kiev

In the capital of Ukraine, a monument to such a delicate part of the toilet as underwear appeared. His opening was timed to celebrate the day of underwear again. The monument looks like a globe, except that instead of continents, bras and shorts are immortalized there. However, according to the sculptor Vladimir Belokon, who made the monument, it is not a globe at all, but a star that fell from the sky and landed in the very center of Kiev. According to the author, the bra is present on it because the opening of the monument coincided with the day of underwear. If this event coincided with another holiday, the continents would have a different appearance. The monument to underwear was created in just three weeks, while its weight reaches a ton. But the design is made so that the heavy star quietly rotates around its axis. Vladimir Belokon has already become famous for his unusual works “Naive Bench”, “Lover Lanterns”, “Tree with Chairs” and “Monument to the Burned Match”.
