On the website of Rospotrebnadzor it is reported: "Given the force majeure circumstances, namely the suspension of a number of airports in the South of Russia on February 24, as well as the impossibility of flights, we inform that passengers of canceled flights can return money or exchange tickets for other dates."
To do this, you must contact the air carrier or the organization from which they were purchased, and submit a corresponding application.
On February 24, Rosaviatsiya reported that due to the complications of the situation in Ukraine, flights to some airports in the south of the Russian Federation are limited. The work of the air harbors of Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Anapa, Gelendzhik, Elista, Stavropol, Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, Simferopol has been suspended.
On February 28, the European Union banned any Russian aircraft from landing, taking off or flying over EU territory.
