Listed 100 best sanatoriums in Russia
The Association of Health Tourism and Corporate Health has compiled an annual rating of investment attractiveness “Top 100 Russian health resorts”, industry and financial indicators of their activities were used to evaluate sanatoriums, the press service of Rosturizm reports.
When compiling the TOP-100 Russian health resorts rating, the scale of business (sales revenue), business efficiency (labor productivity, number utilization, average revenue per 1 medical rate, adjusted for the efficiency coefficient of medical coverage), investment potential (profitability of EBIT, revenue dynamics in 2020 relative to 2019, debt-to-revenue ratio from sales) were taken into account.
The top included sanatoriums from 36 regions, mainly from Krasnodar, Stavropol and Crimea. The Altai Territory, the Republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, as well as the Moscow and Sverdlovsk regions are represented by 18 sanatoriums. The remaining regions are represented by two or one health resorts.
The leader of the rating of investment attractiveness, as well as last year, was the sanatorium "Zapolyarye" (Krasnodar Territory), the second place was taken by the interregional network of sanatoriums of JSC "RZD-ZDOROVYE", followed by the FGBI "NMITS RK" of the Ministry of Health of Russia. Close the top 5 sanatorium and resort complex Bridge Resort (Krasnodar Territory) and JSC sanatorium "Yangan-Tau" in Bashkortostan.
The top 10 includes JSC “Pensionate with treatment “Primorye”, CJSC “Kivach Clinic” in Karelia, sanatorium “Russia” (Altai Krai), sanatorium “Siberia” in the Tyumen region and sanatorium “Pine Grove” in the Crimea.
The second ten of the list included the health resort "Ust-Kachka" (Perm Territory), the Tanyp sanatorium - Bashkortostan, the sanatorium "Rosa Khutor" Medical Spa Hotel Rosa Springs (Krasnodar Territory), the Saki military clinical sanatorium named after N.I. Pirogov of the Ministry of Defense of Russia (Crimea), the resort complex "Lightning Yamal" in the Krasnodar Territory. On the sixteenth place is located the famous sanatorium-resort complex "Knowledge" in the Krasnodar Territory, behind it - the resort "Staraya Russa" (Novgorod region), CJSC "Key Resort" in the Perm Territory, LLC "Krasnaya Pakhra Resort" in the Moscow region. Closes the top 20 sanatorium "Altai" in the Altai Territory.
