Pilots of "Aeroflot" paid 650 thousand rubles
Since the beginning of this year, Aeroflot has significantly increased the salary of aircraft commanders, its maximum size is 650 thousand rubles per month for KAF, pilots of long-haul aircraft (Boeing 777, Airbus A330). Pilots of medium-haul aircraft (Boeing 737, Airbus A320) are paid 635 thousand rubles.
The highest payments can be achieved when the seniority of the aircraft commander is at least three years and when the flight time is 90 hours per month (900 hours per calendar year).
These figures are the longest flight time in Aeroflot and Russian civil aviation. In Europe, the U.S. and China, more than 100 hours per month (900 hours per calendar year in the EU and 1,000 hours in the U.S. and China).
In order to attract qualified specialists, the airline introduces quarterly preferences for seniority and conscientious work, provides for a vacation of 70 days - the longest in civil aviation (in European airlines - 28 days); treatment in sanatoriums, various payments for children, provision of service parking lots, corporate transport; various insurance programs operate.
