Why are air tickets cheaper for flights in Russia?
Tickets in both directions for flights to Russia from September to December 2021 fell by about 30%.
You can save if the purchase is made no earlier than a month before the flight. The service for the sale of air tickets noted that in 2020 the ticket cost an average of 17.4 thousand rubles, and now - 12 thousand. Aviasales also noted a decrease in prices: in 2021, you can fly economy class for 7.5 thousand RUB, while in 2019 the trip would cost 12.8% more.
In S7, the drop in ticket prices has been recorded for a year and a half. According to representatives of the company, it depends on the relatively small number of flights abroad and the abundance of offers of flights in Russia.
