The government approved the mutual recognition of visas between Russia and Belarus
The Russian government approved an agreement on the mutual recognition of visas for entry and stay in the territory of the Russian Federation and Belarus.
The decision was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
“To approve the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the mutual recognition of visas and other issues related to the entry of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the States parties to the Treaty on the creation of the Union State, signed in Minsk on June 19, 2020,” the document says.
The draft law will be submitted to the State Duma.
