Under what condition will Russian citizens vaccinated with foreign vaccines receive certificates?
Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova said that foreigners and Russians who have been ill abroad or vaccinated with non-domestic vaccines against the coronavirus COVID-19, will receive a coronavirus certificate in the Russian Federation in the presence of antibodies to this infection.
“Until we have mutual recognition of vaccination certificates, we are doing this with foreign countries. Either a foreign or Russian citizen who has been ill abroad or has been vaccinated with a foreign vaccine may, after arriving in the Russian Federation, also undergo an antibody test and, in the presence of antibodies, receive a document valid for six months, if he has such antibodies.”
Earlier, she said that the government and the Ministry of Health intend to make regulatory documents for issuing covid certificates for the presence of antibodies by February 1.
