Bailiffs catch Russian debtors on roads to resorts
Unpaid debts for housing, alimony, taxes and fines traffic police can backfire holidaymakers who go to rest on cars in the Krasnodar Territory.
“Hunting” on debtors with the help of the mobile complex “Road bailiff” on the roads leading to the sea, is carried out by employees of the regional Department of the Federal bailiff service and traffic police.
Cars of debtors are detected using automated systems that read vehicle numbers. Non-payers can repay debts using a portable payment terminal, otherwise the indebted citizen may lose the vehicle.
On the territory of the Krasnodar Territory for the current season there were about 80 such raids.
The system "Road bailiff" works in all resort cities of the Krasnodar Territory. Owners of vehicles “break through” on all types of debt, which are displayed in the “Road bailiff” system (fines of specially authorized bodies, alimony, communal and credit debt).
“Debtors go to the Krasnodar Territory on vacation from all regions”, there are no statistics on where they are sent most.
If the owner of the vehicle has “problematic” debts, then they can be paid on the spot and continue on the way.
Most often, we are talking about insignificant amounts of fines and taxes, but there are “large”, for example, in Krasnodar during a mobile raid, a debt on a loan of 1,170,000 rubles was recovered. The man paid for it by bank card using a mobile terminal.
If the debt was repaid a few days before going on vacation, representatives of the FSSP advise taking receipts and other documents confirming this fact. Before vacation on the FSSP website, you should make sure that there are no debts.
