Travelers sued the travel agency 287 thousand rubles for a failed trip to Turkey
In Irkutsk, the family bought a tour to Turkey, but refused to travel after the information of Rosturizm that the resort can be dangerous. This is reported by the Department of Rospotrebnadzor in the Irkutsk region.
The incident occurred in the summer of 2017. The company did not want to return money voluntarily, citing expenses incurred. The travel agency offered to reimburse only about half the cost of the ticket. Then the family went to court.
Tourists were recognized as right, because on the websites of relevant agencies officially reported that it could be dangerous in Turkey, they could refuse to travel. As a result, the court ordered the travel agency to return 287 thousand rubles to the Irkutsk family for the disrupted tour.
