In the Kaliningrad region, the QR code system has been eliminated and all restrictions related to the work of the MFC, registry offices and attractions have been removed. From February 28, you can stay in hotels again without additional documents.
From March 1, the Chelyabinsk region refused to check QR codes in the shopping center, stores with an area of more than 400 square meters. meters and service establishments.
But the code will have to be provided when attending cultural and sports events.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory will no longer require QR codes for entering the mall, fitness rooms, hairdressers, beauty salons, cafes, cinemas and exhibitions. Restrictions on occupancy of halls at cultural and sports events have been abolished.
When staying in hotels, there are no additional requirements for guests.
In the Omsk and Ryazan regions, from March 1, QR codes are not needed to visit cultural institutions and service enterprises, shopping centers and swimming pools.
In the Vologda region from March 2, in the Novosibirsk region – from March 6, special permits were canceled when visiting catering enterprises, fitness centers, and from March 15 – theaters and sports facilities.
