Rating of attractiveness of passports: what place does the Russian document have?
The Russian passport rose two places in the index of passports of the world and took 48th place, said the Swiss company Henley & Partners.
Russian citizenship will allow you to visit 118 countries without a visa.
Topping the list is still a document from Japan: its holders can travel to 193 countries. Next comes the Singapore passport (192 countries), and the third place is shared by Germany and South Korea (191 countries). The least attractive is the Afghan passport, with only 26 countries available.
The rating is based on the index of freedom of movement: it takes into account how many countries the passport holder can visit without a visa or in a simplified manner.
