Rospotrebnadzor has changed the rules of entry for Russians from abroad

Rospotrebnadzor canceled two-time testing of Russians for COVID-19 on their return from abroad: the analysis must be taken once, and vaccinated or ill people do not need it.

The decree was signed by the head of the department Anna Popova: the document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information, and it comes into force the day after its official publication.

Those who have not had COVID-19 or have not been vaccinated must take one test within three days of arriving in the country. Isolation must be observed before results are obtained.

“In the presence of vaccination against COVID-19 within the last 12 months or information about the disease COVID-19 transferred in the last six months, a laboratory study for COVID-19 by PCR is not required,” the decree says.

From May 1, Russians who returned from abroad on any form of transport had to pass two tests for the coronavirus: the first - 72 hours after returning, the second - up to 5 days from the moment of arrival. Before receiving tests, isolation must be observed. The results obtained should be uploaded to the public services website.
