The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova allowed the weakening of the self-isolation regime in our country after May 12.

He said it would be too early to lift the restrictions.
“We communicate with scientists, and they say exactly the same thing,” Popova said, commenting on the proposal to extend the existing measures at the beginning of the month.

A gradual relaxation of restrictions in May will be possible if Russians stay home for the May holidays, the head of the department stressed.

Recently, Anna Popova said that Russians have already passed two incubation periods of the coronavirus, but it will be possible to talk about returning to normal life only after the end of the third.

She also hopes that the country will avoid the peak or explosion of the epidemic.
