Russian tourists “got a record” for booking Turkey
Number of packages requested for early booking promotions Turkey exceeded the results of 2017 by 4-7 times depending on the resort.
Specialists of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) say that demand is growing compared to 2017, such results are associated with early booking dates and the price attractiveness of the destination.
Demand is observed in Moscow and in the regions, in the European part of the Russian Federation, in the Urals and Siberia – growth was recorded in Yekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk and Novosibirsk.
Turkey plans to welcome 5 million Russian tourists this year.
