Russian tourists say that they are not satisfied with travel
More than 80% of travelers from the Russian Federation who travel by train or plane are satisfied with the service on trips. Information is provided by specialists of the analytical center NAFI.
The study involved 1.6 thousand Russians from 42 regions of the country.
In the first place in the list of claims against air carriers are inconvenient seats for passengers (28%), flight delays (22%), unsatisfactory poor meals on board (22%), high ticket prices (17%), technical condition of aircraft (17%) and loss of luggage (11%).
When traveling by rail, Russians are not satisfied with the technical condition of trains (26%), the temperature in the cars (19%) and dirt (19%). The list of claims includes high ticket prices (19%) and poor toilet conditions (16%).
