Russian tourists became the most satisfied
Rewardexpert service (its specialization is the analysis of profitable air travel and rental housing), conducted a study in which it was found out which tourists can be considered the most loyal to the hotel service.
Travelers from Russia were able to take first place in the world on the index of “happiness and contentment”.
In order to compile this report, experts had to review 3.5 million reviews from guests from 83 countries about 13,410 hotels in 70 countries.
As a result, the first three most loyal tourists were headed by Russians. According to the service, the reason is not that the Russians easily give the highest points to hotels. Rather, the reason is the opposite – they almost never put hotels one or two.
The second place among the happy travelers was taken by tourists from Serbia. And the third one is Lebanese.
