Russia - Belarus: tourist train launched
The press center of the Belarusian Railway reports on the launch of the Belarusian Voyage tourist train to Belarus from Russia.
The train was a joint project of the Belarusian Railway and Russian Railways.
The program provides for night crossings in the format of “hotel on wheels” and long parking in Brest, Grodno and Minsk. Passengers can choose a route: after arriving in Belarus, part of the cars with tourists goes to Brest, the other to Grodno.
In Brest, guests are provided with a city tour, a visit to the Brest Fortress Defense Museum, an excursion to the Belovezhskaya Pushcha National Park and lunch at the Tsarskaya Glade, a visit to the nature museum and enclosures, walks around the old city.
In Grodno, it is offered to visit a concert of organ music, the Royal Castle and walks through the streets of the historical center. Then trains go to Minsk, where tourists are waiting for a tour of the city and a visit to the Mir castle complex.
