The Russians admitted why this year did not go on a trip

More than half of potential tourists cannot afford to go on vacation due to lack of finances.

The service Tutu asked 1,500 Russians about the reasons for refusing to travel during vacation this year.

More than half of those who didn’t travel during their summer vacation, or 51 percent, said they had given up travel because they didn’t have the money to travel.

The second place with a significant lag is the pandemic: 14% of respondents did not gather because of it. And in this case, this is a set of two reasons: tourists are afraid of getting sick, and they do not like the restrictions introduced in different regions and countries.

5% of respondents pay a mortgage or save money for other purposes (repair, treatment, education, etc.) and for this reason do not go anywhere. 5% of Russians are happy to relax on the couch, and they do not want to go anywhere.

11% of respondents said they could not go anywhere for work-related reasons, of which 4% called themselves workaholics, the same number got a new job, and another 3% simply did not give leave.

14% of respondents reported a desire to take a vacation and go on a trip in autumn or December.
