The Russians asked to let them into Egypt

The Russian Association of Tour Operators appealed to Sergey Lavrov with a request to cancel the ban on the organization and sale of tours to Russia Egypt.

After the publication of the recommendation not to sell tours to Egypt, more than a month has passed, and now tour sales are not resumed, and charter flights are still canceled.

At the same time, losses in the tourist market continue to grow, and no agency can give information on even approximate dates of lifting the ban. Moreover, they refuse to comment on this situation at all.
Every day, the Association receives numerous calls from travel companies and tourists themselves, who want to know when the ban on the sale of tours to Egypt will be lifted.

Analysts estimate that at least one million Russians could afford to travel abroad due to the low cost of an Egyptian destination, because tours to Egypt are the most budget-friendly type of holiday for Russian travelers. But today, this part of the Russian tourist flow can not plan their vacation due to the lack of information regarding such an important destination.
