Russians told who they prefer to rest with on vacation
More than half of Russians prefer to spend holidays with their families, while one in ten would like to go on a trip alone.
According to the survey of 1000 respondents, 53% of Russians choose a spouse and children for a joint holiday. Most people consider the most comfortable travel company to be close people.
On the second place in popularity – trips with a partner or in the company of a partner and friends. On short trips and excursions, tourists most often go with a partner (12%) or friends (13%).
Interestingly, young people aged 18-24 years (57% of respondents) more often than other generations prefer mini-travel and excursions in the company of a partner or friends than family.
Causes of conflict in travel
The most common reason for disputes between fellow travelers are household trifles. In second place are disagreements over the route and travel plans. Less often conflicts arise due to different pace of rest, mismatch of life views or travel budget.
At the same time, 57% of respondents said that they have never encountered disagreements during travel.
