The Russian Union of Travel Industry made a forecast about the opening of charters to Turkey
Flights between Russia and Turkey may resume in July. This was announced on June 9 by Vice-President of the Russian Union of Travel Industry (PCT) Yuri Barzykin.
In Turkey, it was stated by the head of Rostourism that in the near future, from July, flight programs will be restored.
He explained that the reason is a decrease in the number of coronavirus infections in Turkish resorts. Barzykin also added that about 500,000 tourists could not take advantage of the tours, which were canceled last year.
President of the Ural Tourism Association Mikhail Maltsev noted that by July 10 it will be possible to assess the prospects of the industry in summer and autumn.
Flights of Russians to Turkey and Tanzania were limited on April 15 due to the deterioration of the epidemiological situation in the states.
