Rostourism announced the launch of new routes in the country

The head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova said that after the lifting of restrictions due to the coronavirus in the country is planned to start several dozen new destinations and routes of domestic tourism.

Doguzova noted that the timing, dates and conditions of their launch will depend on the epidemiological situation.

This is a huge number of destinations: the entire coast of the Volga, Khakassia, the Altai Territory, the Russian North - Karelia, Murmansk, Komi, these are cruise destinations.

According to the head of Rostourism, domestic tourism can become one of the main drivers of economic recovery in the regions. According to her, this sphere will be able to restore dozens of related industries, including transport. Zarina Doguzova believes that more than 70% of passenger traffic falls on tourism.
