Rosturizm announced the continuation of the cashback program for winter-spring 2022
Rosturizm plans to launch a sale of tours in Russia with cashback for the winter by the end of the year, tours will be sold for the period from mid-January to late April.
The head of the department Zarina Doguzova: "We expect to launch a sales window for the winter season this year, but it will apply to the period from January 15 to the end of April," she told reporters on the sidelines of the EEF-2021.
According to Doguzova, next year the tourist cashback program will work only in the low season and exclude New Year holidays and summer.
“Approximately, from mid-January to late April and from 1 October to mid-December. These are sample travel windows. The period from May to September as a high tourist season under the cashback program is not planned to stimulate.
The project to partially return money when buying tours in Russia started in 2020, the government allocated 15 billion rubles for implementation.
According to the results of the first two stages of the sale, tours worth 6.5 billion rubles were sold. The remaining funds were moved to 2021.
