From June 4, the law on air debunkers will work
Since June 4, 2018, airlines can include hooligans in blacklists and deny them transportation, the law “On Amendments to the Air Code of the Russian Federation” has earned.
The blacklist may include citizens who do not comply with the orders of the commander of the aircraft (part 6 of article 11.17 of the Code of administrative offences); hooliganism on board (article 213 of the criminal code);
perform actions threatening the safe operation of the aircraft (Article 267.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
In December 2017, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law on blacklists of air hooligans. Inclusion in the list will take place as follows: the commander of the aircraft transmits information to the head of the airline, a copy of the document will receive a “super-expanded” person before he leaves the aircraft.
The final decision to restrict the carriage of brawler will be taken by the head of the carrier on the basis of the recognition by the court of violation of the above articles of the Administrative Code or the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
The offender will not be allowed on board the airline for a year, he can challenge the decision in court, and he will be allowed on the plane if he goes for treatment, accompanies a disabled person, and “if the passenger returns to Russia, and flying on a flight of this airline is the only way to do it.”
There is no difference between charter and regular flights. Experts positively assess the law: it is on tourist charters that amateurs overload with hot drinks are often caught. Discussion of the blacklists continues with the "famous" flight to Hurghada, which happened a row.
