S7 Airlines to raise funds to plant one million trees

S7 Airlines completes the project “We are Siberia” and returns the current brand, according to the official website of the carrier.

In one month, passengers and partners raised funds to plant 1 million trees to replenish forests that were destroyed by fires in Siberia.

On August 1, S7 Airlines decided to draw attention to the problem of forest fires by renaming it “Siberia”.

The airline collects funds for planting trees, and deducts a percentage from each ticket sold to Siberian cities. Also, everyone could transfer a donation on the electronic resource of the air carrier.

Million trees will be planted within 2 years in the Siberian region. The progress of the project can be followed on the airline’s website.
