Sheregeshfest: the ski resort opened a new season
Sheregesh resort on November 11 was the first in Russia to open the ski season, the 41st in a row. Events on the occasion of the opening of the ski season were held as part of the annual festival "Sheregeshfest" from 11 to 13 November.
Also, important infrastructure facilities were opened at the resort.
The Governor of the Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilev opened the road to the ski complex, which will reduce the number of traffic jams and help to get to the mountain faster.
The governor also checked the degree of readiness of new treatment facilities, which are being built in Sheregesh as part of the socio-economic development program.
The total cost of the project is more than 1.3 billion rubles. The construction of the building and the installation of technological equipment have been completed: the facility is ready by 91.5%.
