Singapore opens to vaccinated tourists
From April 1, 2022, vaccinated tourists from all countries, including Russia, can come to Singapore.
Vaccinated travelers and children under the age of 12 will need to present a negative PCR test received at least two days before departure to enter Singapore.
The relevant exemptions are set out in an official document published on the state information portal of Singapore.
Nine coronavirus vaccines are recognized in Singapore, but Russian drugs, including Sputnik V, are not on the list approved by Singapore. But some will still be able to come to Singapore: these are Russians vaccinated with Western vaccines from the list recognized in Singapore.
All vaccination certificates, regardless of the place of issue and the possibility of digital verification, will be accepted as evidence of vaccination.
Before traveling to Singapore, tourists must purchase travel insurance with a minimum coverage of S$30,000, including COVID-19 risks and hospitalization costs. It is also mandatory to install the TraceTogether app in Singapore to track contacts.
There are no direct flights from Russia to Singapore. You can fly by connecting flights, for example, through Dubai.
