SITT/TurSib 2013: Rocket for the development of tourism in the Siberian region

From April 11 to April 13, ITE Siberian Fair holds the international exhibition of travel and tourism SITT / TurSib - 2013 in Expocentre.

The first two days of the exhibition will be aimed at industry professionals – travel agents and experts of the SFD tourism market. On the third day of the exhibition, an extensive entertainment program awaits all visitors, both professional and private.

“Our global goal is to interest Siberia, make it more accessible to residents of other regions of Russia, and expand the horizons of travel for Siberians,” said Ekaterina Tochilo, director of the exhibition.

Participants
217 companies will take part in the exhibition "SITT/TourSib - 2013", including all the main federal and regional tour operators: Aeroline, Amigo tours, Anex Tour, Biblio Globus, BSI Group, Coral Travel, DSBW, Inters, Muzenidis Travel, Natalie tours, Pac Group, Pegas touristik, Sunmar, Tez Tour, Acris, Alean Tour, Art Tour, Globus Tour, Polar Star, SKAT, Tour and others. Geography of participants covers such countries as Russia, Germany, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, Portugal, Dominican Republic, Philippines, Maldives, Thailand, Turkey, India, Hong Kong, Bulgaria, UAE, Indonesia, Uzbekistan.
 
The collective exposition of tourist opportunities will be presented by the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Altai Territory, the Altai Republic, the Kemerovo Region. The Republic of Khakassia will be represented by an expert delegation at the Coordination Council for Tourism of the Interregional Association “Siberian Agreement”, which will be held for the first time within the framework of the exhibition.

The main directions of recreation in Russia will be represented by the structures of the hospitality industry of St. Petersburg, Sochi, Lake Baikal and Bannoy.

At the stand of Novosibirsk International Airport Tolmachevo, airlines carrying out transportation through the Novosibirsk hub will be presented - UTair and Yakutia.

Day one
The key event of the first day will be the round table “Methods for regulating the agency market” with the participation of RST Vice President Alexander Osaulenko and ATOR Executive Director Maya Lomidze.
Guests of honor and participants of the exhibition will be delegations from Varna, Albena and Krasnodar Krai, Ambassador of Indonesia, Economic Advisor for Tourism of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria, Deputy Director of the Tourism Mission of the Dominican Republic.

All interested travel agents will be able to pass a free certification in Bulgaria and Thailand, organized by ATOR together with the embassies of these countries.

Also on the first day, seminars and presentations of key tour operators, individual meetings of Workshop STI, presentations of Ukraine International Airlines, the United Visa Service Center (Novosibirsk) and others will be held.

The Interregional Association “Siberian Agreement” and the Government of the Novosibirsk Region will hold the Coordination Council “Implementation of a project to promote the tourism potential of Siberia under a single brand” on April 11.

Day two
On April 12, in addition to the tour operators’ seminars, presentations of the tourist missions of Frankfurt and Malaysia, a seminar on the activities of the Association “Tourist Help” and the intricacies of tourism business from the experts of ATOR and PCT, a NATO round table on industry problems, a legal seminar of Rospotrebnadzor and other events will be held.
For the first time in the framework of the exhibition, a round table “Synergy of interaction between aviation and tourism business” will be held, organized by the Novosibirsk International Airport (Tolmachevo).

Day three
On the last day of the exhibition, guests will have a rich entertainment program.
Visitors will be able to participate in master classes on national dances organized by the Embassy of Indonesia.

In the hall of the Expocentre will be a presentation with tasting of national cuisine of Malaysia and "Stroganina-show" from the chefs of the restaurant "Expedition".

On the open ground in front of the Expocentre, master classes on piloting kites will be held.
TourSib participants also prepared surprises for visitors - some tour operators plan to play tours among visitors.
