How many days a year do people dream of traveling?

OnePoll found out how long people allow themselves to dream about the next trip.

82% of respondents spent time dreaming about their next trip, or 200 hours a year or 24 working days. The average tourist spends 37 minutes a month exploring specialized sites. 48% do this while eating. 65% of participants admit that they study tourist resources without free funds, and therefore with no chance of traveling.

Three-quarters of respondents read the reviews of other travelers. A third of tourists trust other people’s reviews and focus on them before each trip. Recommendations from friends and family try to get 7 out of 10 people. 79% of travelers are puzzled to find the best travel offer.

73% of respondents forget to book part of their trip. For half of the respondents, planning a tour is the most difficult stage of preparing for a trip. For 62%, the search for a flight is always stressful, and for every second the main difficulty in finding a lesson and drawing up a route.

In the spring, scientists from Finland called the optimal duration of vacation. It was between 7 and 11 days.
