How many Russians are at risk of not leaving?

Based on the summation of debtors in various fields, it turns out that the total number of Russians who cannot go on a foreign tour due to debts is 25 million people.

Approximately 1.5 million alimony debtors are on the list of non-departures in the border department, according to the Federal Bailiff Service. Potentially will not be able to cross the border 13 million not paid on time fines traffic police and 2.5 million overdue payment services. To them, according to the estimates of collectors, 7-8 million debtors on loans can be added.

In recent years, the real incomes of the Russian population are falling, and, according to experts, the measure to restrict travel abroad does not affect a significant part of debtors, because these people do not plan foreign trips.

In Russia, the number of “convinced defaulters” is increasing – now every tenth debtor does not want to pay debts.
