Demand for ski resorts in Russia is growing: prices and destinations
Russian ski resorts showed a doubling of demand: bookings for November - December 2025 increased by 100% compared to the previous year, the Izvestia TV channel reports.
Key leaders
- Sochi (Red Polyana): The share of bookings is 48%. The cost of rent: an apartment on average 3.5 thousand rubles per day, a country house - 10 thousand rubles.
- Arkhyz: It has received 339,000 tourists since the start of the season. The growth in demand is provided by new routes, cable cars and artificial snowmaking systems.
- Siberian Resorts: Booking leaders - Sheregesh and Krasnoyarsk.
Growth dynamics in other regions
The most significant increase in demand was noted in:
- Zlatouste (Chelyabinsk region, +126%),
- Gubakhe (Perm Territory, +80%),
- Baikalsk (Irkutsk region, +79%),
- Belokurikhe (+28%)
- Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk (+22%).
For New Year holidays, booking growth is around 15%. The highest share of bookings of country houses falls on Sheregesh (43%), Arkhyz (28%), Sochi (17%), Baikalsk (6%) and Belokurikha (5%). The average rental price for holidays: an apartment - 7 thousand rubles, a country house - about 18 thousand rubles per day.
