Flight attendant reveals which passengers attract attention
According to the newspaper Express, stewards who meet passengers at the entrance to the plane, not only greet them and help find their place in the cabin. At this point, flight attendants analyze the potential danger of people.
Janice Bridger, who has been in the profession for 27 years, said that always during the greeting of passengers entering the cabin, mentally notes physically strong men and tries to remember where they sit. She does this in order to ask them for help in a dangerous situation.
“If I see that there is a conflict and the situation is out of control, I will quietly ask one of these people if they can help us if necessary,” she said. Their help may be needed to calm the disturbed passenger.
During the greeting, flight attendants see the degree of intoxication of passengers. If a person already on board looks dangerous to others, the flight attendant has the right not to allow him on the flight.
Passengers who look sick may also be prevented from entering the cabin because they may infect other people.
