In 2018, the cost of holidays in Turkey will remain the same
Prices for holidays in Turkey next summer will remain at the level of this year. This information is transmitted by the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, relying on the information of market players.
In 2017, the demand for beaches in Turkey among guests from Russia was able to break all records. Here was particularly important delayed demand, and low cost of travel. Fears that good prices will end with the onset of the 2018 season have not yet been justified. Turkish hotels for the most part will keep dollar contract prices for the Russian market this year, the ministry said.
Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said that in the first half of this year the flow of tourists from Russia to Turkey increased 10 times compared to the same period in 2016. He believes that in 2017 the number of tourists from Russia, rested in the republic, will overcome the mark of 3 million people.
About 4 million Russian guests are waiting in the Republic. Adviser on culture and tourism of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Russia Alper Ozkan previously said that since the beginning of 2017, more than 3 million Russians have already visited the resorts of the country, therefore, given the growth and great demand, the republic hopes to meet an additional million guests from the Russian Federation by the end of 2017.
