Dubai to open world’s tallest hotel
In Dubai In November 2025, the world’s tallest hotel will open, the Ciel Dubai Marina from the Vignette Collection by IHG.
This 82-story tower, 377 meters high, will accommodate 1,004 rooms and suites operated by The First Group Hospitality.
According to The First Group CEO Rob Burns, the hotel will be a landmark project in an ideal location with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf and the city, reimagining premium hospitality. Designed by the award-winning Norr bureau, the needle-eared building will delight guests with floor windows with views of Palm Jumeirah, the bay and the city skyline.
The hotel is built within walking distance to restaurants, shops, beaches and entertainment. In a few minutes - attractions like Palm Jumeirah, Uptown Dubai, JBR beaches and Bluewaters. Guests will enjoy direct access to the waterfront, water taxis, as well as convenient connections with the Dubai Marina Mall, tram and subway.
