Is it illegal to build sand castles in Spain?

On the island of Mallorca (Spain) there was an incredible hazing – local authorities are ready to charge travelers fines for the construction of sand castles.

The idea of construction belongs to the administration of the municipality of Calvia. The fine for illegal construction can be 100 euros. Authorities also oppose tourists picking flowers, drinking water from fountains and pouring dirty water under trees. All these innovations are designed to ensure order on the island.
These bans are not the only 6 in the world. At the end of 2016 in Thailand, Mai Khao beach, a ban on photographing aircraft was imposed due to safety requirements: the beach line comes very close to the runway of the air harbor, this provoked tourists to take photos close to landing aircraft. According to local authorities, often liners land so low and close to the fence that they pose a great danger to tourists.
