In Italy began a new sale of houses for 1 EUR

The Sun reports that in the town of Bisaccia, Italy (two hours drive from Naples) started selling houses for 1 EUR.

On this decision, the local municipality was pushed by depopulation caused by frequent earthquakes - due to aftershocks, many houses in a dilapidated state.

Currently, 90 buildings are sold and new owners are expected to be able to renovate them. In Bizaccia, there are no strict time frames and no minimum investment amounts. In addition, the houses belong to the municipality, which will greatly facilitate their purchase.

Deputy Mayor Francesco Tartaglia advises to move to the town with friends, because it will be more likely to bring him back to life.
