In Copenhagen will be a new beach
According to the Copenhagen Post, Denmark will have a new beach in the Valby area by 2015. Authorities expect that the resting place will be able to accommodate about 100,000 local residents and tourists.
According to the deputy of the Socialist People’s Party Aifer Baikal, the Danes love to swim in the summer. In the near future, the authorities plan to solve the problem of poor water quality in Calvebodern.
The future beach has no name, although the project was agreed two years ago. It is planned to spend 18 million crowns on the construction.
