In Crimea, the moratorium on the resort fee is extended

On October 23, the head of the republic Sergey Aksenov said that the moratorium on the introduction of the resort fee on the territory of the peninsula will not be lifted.

According to S. Aksenov, participation in the experiment on collecting a resort fee for the republic is not yet relevant.

In April 2018, the Crimean parliament postponed the introduction of the resort fee until May 2019 for economic reasons - unprofitability for the region - 30-50 million rubles will be credited to the budget, and "administration will take a long time", in "the same will cost as money will be collected."

On April 8, deputies of the State Council of Crimea voted to postpone the date of participation in the experiment to May 2021.

The law on the resort fee was adopted in July 2017 - this is an experimental project in the Crimea, Altai, Krasnodar Territory and the Stavropol Territory from 2018 to 2022.
