The foreign Ministry called the rules of entry into Russia for foreigners

The consular department of the Russian Foreign Ministry recalled that the order of the Russian government of July 24 provides for the resumption of the issuance of visas of all categories, including tourist visas, in the consular offices of Russia in the UK, Turkey, Tanzania.

“... visas shall for the time being be issued only to nationals of the said foreign countries and to persons holding a residence permit therein. Third-country nationals temporarily staying in the UK, Turkey and Tanzania will not be able to apply for Russian visas.”

For citizens of other countries, entry into Russia is still limited. The exception is the citizens mentioned in the government decree No. 635-r of March 16, among whom there are diplomats, family members of Russian citizens, highly qualified specialists with appropriate visas, transit passengers entering for treatment, and other categories.

From August 1, international flights in Russia will resume. You can get to the UK from Russia through London. The country has imposed a two-week quarantine for arrivals. Flights to Turkey from August 1 will arrive in Ankara and Istanbul, from August 10 to the list will add Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman. In Tanzania, the Russians will take Zanzibar.

The Russian Foreign Ministry reported on the expansion of the list of countries with which air traffic will resume.
