Travel agencies are burning in Moscow
On Wednesday night, a fire broke out in the Russian capital on Pushkin Square, in the city center. The fire occurred in an old, two-storey building between the publishing house “Izvestia” and the cinema “Russia”, which was a lot of travel agencies, among them “MegaDialog” – the culprit of the fire. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, about 50 square meters of the area burned down, but no one was injured, as the fire broke out at night, and by the morning was already extinguished. Now the building is completely spilt with water, which should prevent a second fire. This caused a power outage and, therefore, disruption of the working day of travel agencies that were not affected by the fire. It was not possible to contact the management of MegaDialog, but it became known that the losses for the company were minimal, and the client base and documents remained intact. And before that, on Wednesday morning, a serious fire broke out in another building rented by travel companies.
