Will Russia create a “black list” of hooligans on rail transport?

The head of the project “Sober Russia” Sultan Khamzaev sent a letter to Dmitry Medvedev.

In it, he asks the prime minister to introduce the practice of “black lists” – they will include citizens who are brawling in rail transport. Khamzayev wants bullies not allowed to ride trains for a year.

Also, “Sober Russia” asks to raise fines for smoking and drinking alcohol.

For example, smoking in the wrong place will be subject to financial sanctions from 500-1500 RUB to 5000-8000 RUB, and for drinking alcohol and being in a public place intoxicated – from 500-1500 RUB to 5000-30,000 RUB.

Activists are seeking that hooliganism in transport was singled out as a separate article in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation.
