In the Stavropol Territory, the draft law on the introduction of a resort fee, the amount of which will be 150 rubles from a vacationer. While its introduction is planned on the condition of an experiment for up to 5 years.

Russian Minister for North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov during a speech at a meeting in Pyatigorsk said that the draft law on the introduction of a resort fee in Russia will be submitted to the Russian government in November.

Kuznetsov explained that the amount of funds raised will spread to the areas that will be in the closed list. At the same time, the directions will include only the needs of the development of resort cities, and not the apparatus of officials, the funds will be distributed by a special council. The Minister also said that the amount of contribution will be limited by law.
