In a Japanese hotel, you can spend the night for € 1, but with one condition

In Japan There is a hotel where you can spend the night for 130 yen (€1), but there is a caveat: the guest must agree to “live” in a live stream on YouTube.

Any traveler can check in at Business Ryokan Asahi in Fukuoka. In fact, the guest pays his privacy for a cheap room.

Users of the YouTube channel One Dollar Hotel watch his movements live or watch in the recording. The most popular video already has 72,000 views, despite the fact that it lasts 10 hours.

The hotel can not be naked on camera - for changing clothes there is a separate room. There are no blind spots except the bathroom and toilet, and guests are always monitored. The broadcast goes without sound to avoid complaints of copyright infringement.

One reporter who visited Business Ryokan Asahi says the rooms resemble student accommodation: “...a Japanese style with a cane floor, a folded mattress-futon, a low table, a TV and a kettle.” Clean and well-kept, like a student apartment.”
