All arrivals in Crimea and Sevastopol will be sent to quarantine

Yuri Gotsanyuk, the head of the government of the Republic of Crimea, said that the decree of the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov made changes: all visitors will be obliged not to leave the place of stay for a period of 14 days. They will not be allowed to go to public places, work or study.

At the checkpoints at the entrance to the Republic of Crimea, all citizens will be issued a memo, which will indicate all measures of behavior during the period of citizens’ self-isolation, as well as contact details of medical institutions for prompt treatment in case of deterioration of health.

Prior to this, the restriction applied only to those who arrived from the two capitals, which the acting governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev called the main source of distribution of COVID-19. Now the measures will apply to all visitors.

Residents of the region will have to serve quarantine at the place of residence, guests of the Crimea – in pre-rented housing or in the observatory. In the latter case, they will have to pay for a certain set of services.

Since April 2 on the Crimean bridge there is a checkpoint. All visitors are required to measure the temperature and collect the necessary information about them.
