According to the head of the Department of Tourism and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of Russia, Nazina Nadezhda, ships under the flags of foreign countries will be allowed to enter the waters of Russia this autumn. It was also said that this bill was agreed by relevant ministries and departments. Therefore, the statement made by Nazina on Thursday at a press conference in St. Petersburg about the adoption of the project in the autumn session does not cause controversy.
